Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. But if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to work something out for you :)
We do not issue refunds for our products. However, if a product is damaged, defective, or missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it for you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages once USPS declares a package as delivered via a tracking number. If your package gets lost or stolen and is never declared as delivered by USPS, we can only send you a replacement if you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout (an automatic add-on).
If you deselect/remove Package Protection from your cart and your package gets lost or stolen, we are not liable for replacing it. Missing package claims must be made within 7 days of declared delivery. If 7 days pass, we are not liable for replacing your package, even if Package Protection was purchased. We strongly suggest that you do not place an order during a time that you plan on being away for an extended period of time and not able to retrieve your package once it is delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
Once a subscription order has been shipped, we will not offer a refund. Customers receive a subscription order reminder via email a day before a recurring order goes through, and are responsible for contacting us or canceling a recurring subscription before it repeats, if they wish to cancel it. Customers agree to this store policy by placing an order.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes. For example, if we have a sale, customers cannot use their Rewards Points at checkout or add a free product to their cart (ie: spend X get Y). Only one promotion can be used per order.
