Shipping Policy
Route Package Protection
We offer the option to add Route Package Protection shipping insurance to all orders starting at $0.98. This option is preselected on all orders. If a customer deselects this add-on, and a package is declared as 'Delivered' by USPS tracking number, we are not responsible for replacing a package that is either lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from our studio within 1-5 business days of placing an order. This does not include postal transit time which is usually 3-5 days with Ground Shipping and 1-3 days with Priority Shipping.
Shipping Times
Total wait time is 6-10 business days for Ground and 4-8 business days for Priority Mail. Please allow 10-14 business days for international orders AFTER we have shipped your order. Please keep in mind that USPS is slammed during the holiday season and delivery speed may slow down significantly.
Lost Packages
If you purchased Route Package Protection, the wait times above have passed and you think your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will be more than happy to find a solution for you.
If you did not purchase Route Package Protection, the wait times above have passed, and you think your package may have been lost or stolen, contact your local post office. If no luck, the USPS site can help you file a claim for your missing package.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for extra postage fees if your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address. If you wish for it to be re-sent to a different or corrected address, we can do so once your package is successfully returned to us, and we will send you an invoice via email for the shipping fee. Once paid, we will ship your package. If the wrong address is provided and your package is never rerouted to us, we cannot offer a refund for the order. A new order will have to be placed with a different address if you wish to receive your order.

Canada Orders
International customers assume responsibility for customs fees, duties and taxes required by your country. Please research your country’s guidelines prior to ordering.
