As a dedicated small business committed to sustainability, minimizing waste is at the core of our operations. We prioritize working closely with our suppliers to ensure that our production process generates minimal waste.
REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE
Whenever possible, we actively request plastic-free packaging options from our suppliers. This includes using environmentally friendly materials such as cardboard boxes and mailers, biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts, paper tape, and paper stuffing.
We try to reuse everything we can that comes into our studio warehouse. We've never had to buy shipping supplies for our wholesale customers, it has all been reused. For our online orders, many of the boxes and cornstarch peanuts are reused! We rarely have to buy shipping supplies because we receive everything we need to get our products out the door, plastic-free.
MN Recycling Program
Whenever possible, we actively request plastic-free packaging options from our suppliers. This includes environmentally friendly materials such as cardboard boxes and mailers, biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts, paper tape, and paper stuffing. While we strive to maintain a plastic-free supply chain, there are sometimes instances where plastic or styrofoam packaging slips through. We have partnered with Ridwell, a membership-based company that specializes in collecting hard-to-recycle materials. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our own operations. By partnering with Ridwell, we actively contribute to a circular economy, diverting waste from landfills and promoting responsible recycling practices. Thank you for supporting our efforts to minimize waste and prioritize sustainability. Together, we can make a positive impact on the environment and inspire others to embrace eco-conscious practices.
Jar Return Program
In order to make our company as closed-loop as possible, we accept empty product containers from our customers so they can have a second (or third, forth, fifth...) life before being recycled! They are cleaned and sanitized before they are cycled back into production.
