I have very sensitive underarms. I, like many others, wanted to make the switch to a natural deodorant. I’ve tried my brands but they always left my underarms itchy, red or irritated. So for a while, I just wasn’t wearing any deodorant. But I wanted give this sample pack a go. And I love it! No irritation, I love how the product feels when I put it on and it literally melts into my skin. I think the peppermint patchouli is my favorite. I also got the lotion bar which I haven’t tried yet but I am sure I will love it. Thank you ladies for a wonderful product. I shall be buying a full size once I finish my sample tins.
We have been using the unscented lotion bar for a few years now, and cannot express how much we depend on it every day. The bars last a long time, even when used multiple times a day.
Thank you. I have many allergies and have been looking for years for o e that meets these requirements and is unscented. This fit the bill. What a relief. I can smell good for days with this!!
Love that I found a bar soap that actually suds up and is non-drying especially in the winter months. My skin doesn’t feel tight or itchy and combined with the body butter, I feel like my shower routine has completely changed in terms of confidence in using non-toxic products. There’s a very minimal scent but I would say this is still a very much an unscented bar soap. It works really well with my silicone body scrubber but I also purchased the soap bag to try as well.

I had been using nontoxic deodorant for 10+ years now (Crystal was my go-to), but wanted to go a step further in my journey by going completely scent-free as we plan for pregnancy. I originally bought this for my husband who is new to the NT lifestyle but couldn’t resist trying it out too. Well, after just one use, I came back to the site and ordered it for myself! What I like about this is that it’s not drying (especially during the winter), doesn’t cause any itchiness, is super easy to apply (previously was using the salt crystal deodorant that needs wetting to apply and it never felt like “enough”), and really does keep me odor-free for 24+ hours. My husband is detoxing from using Old Spice deodorant so I was curious how long it would take his body to adjust and less than a week later his armpits are also odor-free! 10/10 highly recommend to try this out!
The more you learn about chemicals and how we’re exposed to it everywhere, the more paranoid you become. Do we really need all these processed things when simple is always best? When I came across Sustain Yourself’s website, I was immediately drawn to the simplicity and sustainability of the ingredients used in all of their products. Happy to report that the body butter is the perfect amount of hydration needed post-shower and is super easy to apply. I feel confident using this around my home and on my baby, which I can’t say about a lot of products out there!
There’s a very slight cocoa butter scent but smells totally natural and isn’t strong enough to leave a residue on your body.
Highly recommend using the unscented bar soap, unscented body butter, and unscented deodorant.
Can’t wait for SY to come out with a shampoo bar!
